Customization and Orders:

1. All gift boxes are made to order and customized based on the theme and preferences provided by the customer. Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible.

2. Payment:
   A $99 base fee applies to all custom gift boxes. Additional charges for upgrades, add-ons, and premium items will be communicated during the design consultation.

3. Consultation:
   A design consultant will contact you within 8 hours of placing your order to finalize details. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed.

4. Shipping and Delivery:
   We offer nationwide shipping. Shipping timelines are approximate and may vary based on location and customization complexity. Customers will be notified of any unexpected delays.

5. Returns and Refunds:
   Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will work to resolve it.

6. Liability:
   Balance + Thrive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property:
   All designs and curated boxes are the property of Balance + Thrive and cannot be replicated without permission.
